In January 2009, Mr PH wrote to a friend who wanted to invest in the region

"We have found Nathalie and Bruno very good to deal with. They are very genuine people who put a huge amount of effort into looking after our property and being available to us when needed.They have also been able to introduce us to some first class trades people whenever we have needed to have repairs done to the property. The gardener that they have engaged for us to work on the property are also doing an excellent job. The property is maintained to a very high standard."
